- Registered in Apartment Management School (Feb. 12-24, 2020): an introduction to property management and the first step in earning a RAM designation
- Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Review & Update (April 16, 2020): a full-day seminar conducted by Richmond attorney John G. "Chip" Dicks
- Fair Housing seminars: offered in both the spring and fall, and conducted by attorneys well versed in fair housing law (March 24, 2020 and Aug. 11, 2020)
