Welcome to Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association!

Tidewater Builders Association and the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association have joined forces to become
Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association - a regional association with a stronger and more united voice on all the issues that impact our industry.

Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association is a local not-for-profit trade organization representing more than 500 companies
involved with all aspects of the residential building industry.
It is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders.

Like other organizations around our area, we are keeping a close eye on the COVID-19 situation and how it is impacting our member companies and their businesses.

Beginning on March 16, CVBIA began sending out Updates containing local, state and national information almost daily, and we will continue to do so as additional information becomes available. (If you are not receiving these emails, you may want to check your spam filter.)

If you have any questions regarding association activities or need further assistance, please contact Claudia Cotton (305-9061) or Joyce Hearn (305-9047).

Best regards,

Ryan Rose
Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association President
