Tidewater Builders Association and the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association have joined forces to become
Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association - a regional association with a stronger and more united voice on all the issues that impact our industry.

Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association is a local not-for-profit trade organization representing more than 500 companies in Southeastern Virginia involved with all aspects of the residential building industry.
It is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders.

Association members can access municipal/legislative contacts and pertinent information in these localities by clicking on the Member Advocacy button.  You’ll need to log in with your email address; if you encounter any problems, contact Dee Fain.

Residents are encouraged to vote in local, state and national elections. If you’re not registered to vote, it’s easy to do!

And, for area high school students, financial grants are available through CVBIA’s annual Scholarship awards programs.
